Refund Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of the day your order arrives. A flat $10 processing fee is taken off each return to cover handling. For an item to be eligible, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all tags on and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Other than for faulty or incorrect items, return shipping is paid by the customer.

To get a return going, just email us at support@trypawch.com. After we approve it, we'll send you the details on where to ship your package. Anything sent back without an approved request first can't be accepted.

Damages and issues

Have a look at your order as soon as it lands. If any item is faulty, damaged, or simply the wrong one, let us know straight away at support@trypawch.com so we can look into it and put it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

A few things can't be sent back — including perishable goods, custom or made-to-order products, and personal-care items, as well as hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards aren't returnable either. If you're unsure about a specific item, reach out before shipping it.

Exchanges

The surest way to get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and once that return is approved, place a fresh order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification needed. As above, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we've inspected it, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind your bank or card issuer may need a little longer to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still don't see your refund, please email us at support@trypawch.com.
